Also, if he has the blanket waiver D, "Not routinely available" on Mumps and others like Varcella vaccine, does that mean he's not required to get them because he's been waived?

The doctor didn't mark his vaccinations as complete or incomplete so I have no idea. The only blank shots without waivers are MMR and his 3rd series Hepititus B shot, so I'm guessing he needs those? I read somewhere that the 3rd Hep B shot should be waived if it doesn't fit into the time interval. He can now get his final Hep B shot, though, so we'll probably just get it. Still, would be nice to not pay for it if we don't have to.

I don't think they have stand-alone mumps shots anymore. If he already had enough measles shots, another one in a group (MMR) will not hurt him. He can probably get a MMR for free too. Check your county health clinic.
