I'm not sure about the place. She didn't tell me. But my friends said it most likely will be at Penn Center unless I noted on the application that I want my name change.

That's awesome. Congratulations! I just booked the hotel there. I'll have to spend the night in Monroeville. Did you get to the field office an hour before your interview time?

Thanks!!. I live in Monroeville so reached 15 min early and was called in exactly at 9. There were 3 candidates waiting at the same time.

That's cool! My husband booked a hotel for me. He said it's about 8 minutes from the office. It's on Rodi Rd. I'll go find the office building that afternoon when I get there to make sure I won't get lost the next morning! :) Are the officers nice there? I'm very nervous. Did you bring your birth certificate with you? They didn't ask me to bring it.

The officer i got was a female Christie( I think that what i heard:) ) . She was extremely courteous,She in fact cracked couple of funny comments to make me comfortable.. I took all passports, GC, DL, Marriage certificate, Kids Birth certificates and 5 year tax returns. She verified passports( entry/exit dates briefly), GC and DL.

I'm sure you will do fine. Do u have oath on 16th as well?

Thank you. They didn't ask for tax return but I will bring my 3 years tax returns as well as 3 years IRS tax transcripts. I've been a green card holder since 2006 and the lawyers told me to bring in the 3 years tax return just in case they need proof. I also have to bring my husband's Letter of Identification, which is an international assignment order from DOD to prove that the kids and I are his authorized dependents. That's part of the reason that they expedited my case. :) No. My oath ceremony is on 12/21 which is the same date with my interview.

Reviving this thread as I'm going to have my interview in the PGH office. I noticed that there are two December filers that already have their interviews scheduled in Pittsurgh.

Good luck for the interview! They are very nice there.
