Does anyone know how long it takes to get approved for a i601 provisional waiver ? My husband is in mexico he wentto his appt last year in april and basically failed med exam for admitting marijuana use 6months prior so he then was told to get a drug test once a month for 6 months abd theb schedule another medical exam so then he went back to a medical in march and passed or whatever andwas told to schedule another interview si we did it was on April 4 2016 everythibg went as planned and he then got the paper where it said he coule now turn in his waiver so we did we got a letter ib the mail saying they received the waiver on April 28 2016 an in just wonderibg how long it usually takes to get approved he went to the consulate in CDJ Juarez MX and our lawyer sent the waiver to a phoenix lock box i believe .. anyone have a similar case or some feedback?

last time I saw a timeline it was 8 months or so.
