expedite k-1 Visa

What counts for having a k-1 visa expedited?

I am not sure what is relevant to USCIS or not? we are a same sex couple and I filed a k-1 visa for my fiancee. His mother and brother are insisting he get married. His brother has stabbed him and accused him of being gay and threatened to kill him. He said he was not and this was a year ago. He now is still not married to a girl as he is gay. His mother has disowned him and said she thinks he is third gender. He brother asked him if he was third gender and if he was he would kill him.This was on the phone. He can not go to the police in India because it is illegal to be gay under penal code 377. He is staying with a sister that does not know but his sister has said bad things about gay people. I met his brother and if he could have he would have killed me I am sure from his looks and rudeness. He has had to move to his sisters and is still getting harassing phone calls and threats from his brother. His brother last week recently met him outside of his work and said he was a disgrace to the family and he would kill him for not getting married and refusing an arranged marriage. So what is considered harm? It is not listed as a reason it mentions financial, war areas and other things? But threats to a gay person is not listed.

So I am worried about him over the coming months. He does not want to quite and he wants to keep working at his job. If his job finds out he would be fired as other gay people where he works have all ready been fired for being gay. Is waiting the only option?

thank you for the reply is this considered an emergency? How have they dealt with similar issues in the past? Any experience?

Waiting is likely by far what most folks do, though not necessarily by their choice.
