Those are all IOE  numbers. They got very delayed, because of the electronic filing issue.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Seems to me that NBC numbers are taking even longer.

The L2 Officer I spoke to, gave me no additional information about my case. She was rude for no reason. I almost lost my temper, but, decided not to say anything........just in case, it backfires on me in any way.......

She only mentioned that Average time for N-400 is between 6-9 months.

Another thing I noticed, is that, if you call the 1-800 number, USCIS sends you a letter saying that you have to wait another 90 days from the date of your call.

I called them twice, and they sent me 2 letters, one in February and another in March, each telling me to wait 90 days from the dates of the calls.

My opinion, USCIS F***ed things up so bad, that they are using this desperate method.

They may well take longer. They created one heck of a backlog with their failed ELIS program.  That is a longer time than quoted  in the past. They have also been saying there was an increase due to the election, and an increase since the election.

I think the surge in application is affecting all lockboxes equally, however, I think it is only the Dallas Lockbox's Blunder, that is causing the delays.

If you look at our October filers, 8 out of 12 applicants have already got their Interview Letters from Phoenix/Arizona Lockbox. 66.7%

However, only 8 out of 30 applicants got their Interview Letters from Dallas/Lewisville Lockbox. 26.7%

I don't understand the message or the question here solec2020. Why would they have scheduled an interview if your case isn't complete and what does 'incomplete' actually mean? What new system?

If you find out anything further, please let us know?

It doesn't have no sense to me why do they scheduled me for an interview appointment if it was not ready I asked to this lady who called and she told me it's a delay because they have a new computer program and my background is not completed yet it's a new system they have to use prior naturalization interviews

When did you file solec2020? Do you have an NBC number or does it start with IOE?

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.
