Sorry, I just saw your post Reene. Good question. As far as I can  understand, from hunting around here on VJ, the marriage evidence is more for the 3 years filing. I didn't send any of that, nor did I send any tax information. I'm taking that with me on the day. I've still got all the ROC papers I sent in a box, so I may take those along. It isn't a huge amount really, I've got a single file folder with the stuff in it so far.

 

May someone who has filed based on 5 years, and has been interviewed can say for sure what they asked for. You could put a post int the 4-400 general information forum and see what sort of answers you get.

Thanks Cdneh... I'll do that... I've slowly started reviewing the questions... Lots of them are pretty much straight forward but the ones about the congress and senate etc. are killing me!.

The ones that get me, are those that want to know how many senators,or congressmen. Or how long they are elected for.....ack! They're numbers! I dislike numbers! lol!

I can't think of any other way of learning those specific questions... And I have three small kids all under 5, so u can just imagine the attention span I have for those questions right now...

Wow, you'd be busy with three under five! All I've got is a mother in  law, with Alzheimer's. She keeps asking me what this upcoming interview is for? And exactly what is this all about?
