Right. I've re-organized the chart to once again reflect the order by Sent Date, and now there is one copy  again as well.  

 

There is a problem which I have reported.  I cannot find the option when posting to change the text font. I can change the size and the color to my heart's content, but not the font. That appears to be gone. I've done the best I could to make all appear as usual again.

Update. Thank you for your suggestions. I sent an online inquiry to find out why my interview letter has not arrived. "As of February 20, 2017, your inquiry about a notice that you did not receive, referral number XXXXX, is currently not assigned for processing." (Stated waiting time for answer to online inquiry is up to one month.)

 

Does anyone know what phone number I should call to talk to an officer to find out if I have been assigned an interview date? There was no number on my notice.

Here is the last notice online I have. Does yours look like this, or is it different, other than the date of course?

 

On November 17, 2016, we started the interview scheduling process for your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization , Receipt Number NBC*007064101. We will send you an interview notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Oh for sure, that is definitely an interview notice, and you need to call them. I've not got anything remotely like that so far.   I've only seen that one number for them. 800-375-5283. It might take a while to get through, but when you do I'd ask for a supervisor.

Have you called USCIS? When you call to hear about your case it said if your case doesn't move in 90 days after receiving last message call us.

It hasn't been 90 days. USCIS only count business days. Its only been 65 for me, and that's without deducting stat holidays, so more like 60.  I've a ways to go yet.

They only work Monday to Friday. They do NOT work on Saturdays, Sundays, or US National Holidays. And that is the way they count days as well.

And keep in mind, emails are automated and delayed. So, if you receive an email on the weekend, it does NOT mean they are actually working on the weekend. It's normal for it to take awhile to receive email.

If you search up on the top right side in the google VJ search box, you can see threads going back years that talk about this issue.

Good to know. Mine was on Saturday but if that means it was actually processed earlier then it is even better.

It is. I had one after 11:00PM once, on a Saturday night. As much as I wanted to get through ROC, I was kind of hoping some poor desk jockey wasn't still at work.

Hi Faith1990,

I recommend calling them at the 800-375-5283 number, and tell them that your Interview letter may have been lost in the mail, and you need to talk to a Tier 2 officer. Tell them, that there is a good chance, that you may have missed the interview date, because no letter arrived. Usually, an interview letter gives you about a month, from the date of the letter to the Actual Interview Date.

It is easier to talk to an L2 Officer, if you call them early in the morning. If all L2 Officers are busy, they will schedule a call back by an L2 officer within 2-3 Business Days.

You are making this more complicated than it actually is.

The automated phone service says "90 Days"

NOT, "90 Business Days"

 

Also, Your case is waiting for an Interview date just like majority of us. For example, mine is in the same category as yours since Dec. 5th and I am in Dallas Local Office. Dallas and Memphis seem to be pretty behind, compared to other locations. I noticed that people from June, July still haven't had their interviews scheduled in Dallas office.

The only exception, I noticed is username "Okramango" from September Filers. This could be an expedite service, for example, people serving in the US Military.
