Ok, not an RFE. Not an Oath letter. It says it is an answer to my service request. Trouble is, I didn't file a service request.

It does helpfully say that their records indicate that I was scheduled to appear on July 12th and that I did appear. "No further action is required from you".

That's infinitely better than an RFE though... look at the list Ramz has been given! :o

Got the letter of request for evidence today ,asking for IRS transcript for 3 years , proof of living with my husband since we have been married for 3 years , lease or rentals for 3 years and my passport pages . I thought I summited all this when I filed and still did when I did the remove condition . The only one I didn't have was the tax cos I wasn't working until last year. But have gotten the transcript for last year and letter from IRS starting that I didn't file tax and there was not use of my SSN in 2014/2015. I'll go to the bank and see if I can get 3 years worth of statement if not I'll just have them write a letter and explain. Guess I got some work to do on Monday by gathering 3 years worth of envidence. The worst part is that I was only given till August 8 to submit it why I just got the letter today, wish me luck guys ... and congrats to everyone who's process is over can't wait to be done!

So sorry to hear you have to do all this Ramz - but ever onward, right? Gotta keep going..!

True. I just can't understand why they responded to a question I did not ask.

I see that list, that's quite an undertaking. Ramz, I hope you can get your statements from the bank with no trouble. You'll get there!

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Thank you guys , I'll start going around trying to see if I can get all this , have ask one of my Neigbour to help with a letter , my landlord sent her later also , I have to call the gas company to see if they can help with 2015 gas bill, cos I was lucky enough to find the 2013,2014,2016,2017. I'll go inside the bank today .. if they can't get as far back as 2013 at least they can help with a letter explaining . doing the same to water, light , rentals Have gather pictures etc ... just anything even if it just have my husband name on it. As long as it has same address ... we still live at same address from the day we got married so all the bills have same address just not both of our names cos some bills could only take one name only. But with Gods help I believe I'll get to the end of this. Congrats to everyone though am happy for you guys.

You can do it Ramz! They have given you a long list of stuff there, but you have got a good plan in place to respond to their RFE. Please let us know how it goes today, o k?

I used a combination of credit card statements and utility bills Ramz. I think they're pretty flexible about what they will accept as long as it shows you're still together and living as married. Since nothing is proof of that, they will accept convincing evidence. I gave her my docs when she asked for mortgage statement - telling her I didn't know if they were what she was looking for but 'let me tell you what they show' kinda thing. She listened to me and accepted what I was saying. Two things I learned were of value to USCIS in removal of conditions were mail ant the address and mingled finances. As long as you can show your finances are co-mingled, you should be fine. Anything showing you at the same address is a bonus. She also asked me for my 2016 tax return (which I'd taken), but I could see she had room to make her own decisions about which documents are acceptable. Just be as confident as you can, send them in and keep your fingers crossed.

:)

:)

Great advice. The bank letter and statements are great.  Add anything that shows you both at the same address. For ROC, I even sent copies of drivers licenses, library cards, the envelope with my address showing where I'd had my new passport from the Canadian government, my Husbands concealed carry permit envelope showing him at the same address.

Write a cover letter when you have all your paperwork together and list what you are sending and what it shows. Put that in with your RFE letter and your collected papers.  :)

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Well that sucks, I hope they do it closer to you. He is going to want to be there for this! I'll go wherever as well, but hope it is Little Rock. The hotel we stayed in last week was so close I could see the building from the hotel.

This place had a rooftop bar/seating area. I think I got some pretty good evening shots up there. :)
