Hi all,

My case went from ap to ready today after 21 days.

We had a second interview (stokes interview) on the 29th of September and since then it has changed to AP on the 29th, 2nd and 5th of October.

We were told to wait two weeks to hear something and all email responses have been that it's in processing and to wait at least 60 days.

We will see what is the next change!

Good luck to all!!!

What didn't they tell you at your interview?

On ours she was given a white and green paper.

Green sheet asking for her passport and my original divorce decree

White paper giving us an email to schedule a second interview with the petitioner (me) present.

2 weeks later we had our second interview and both of us got interviewed separately for about 45 minutes. At the end he told us to wait for a response.. very frustrating to say the least.

That was the 29th of September and since the. It has been on AP until this morning.

Hopefully it changes again within the next 2 days.

I've also seen cases that never changes to AP and suddenly it does at the end.

Will keep you posted!

There is hope don't give up!

I was feeling like you when I went to the second interview and was not given an answer. I even told the CO that if for any reason it was denied that I was ready to get married the next day to apply for a CR1..

I always think is a good thing that it wasn't denied on the spot for a reason, they could had for you or me but it hasn't!!

I'll pray that you hear good news too!!

I did a lot of research about this administrative processing and I figured that there are many other cases much complicated then ours like age difference, religious difference, like marriage on first meeting even some with overstayed tourist visa or not enough proof for bona fide marriage, that were put under ap and after a while they were approved...its just a matter of time for all of us..some are lucky and wait for a week or two, some for month or two or maybe more but God will hep us and we will all be approved at the end...we just need to be patient...this forum and all of you people in the same situation gives me hope and help me to understand that I am not alone and I am thankful for that, and as you said if they were gonna denied us for good they would do it the same day and thats it:)
