Hello,

Me (USC) and my Wife (Romanian Citizen) both live in and resident of Greece. Married during 2016.

Will use Step Mother USC in States as Joint Sponsor (I-864) who filed joint taxes with my dad USC who I suppose will do I-864a

1. I have zero income. No taxes and I will write a note explaining I wasn't required to fill out taxes.

2. I got the transcripts from IRS Joint Sponsor(s) << are they considered 2 joint sponsors if you will use both their income?

3. Joint sponsors are retired... they have no w2. Total income reads 50k. Now I have to split their income correct for "current individual income" correct?

4. Estimated if I split the income would be my Step mother I-864 income from Social Security around 14k per year and another 5k in dividends from stocks etc = 19k per year income. My dad's social security would be about 21000 per year plus 10k income from dividend etc = 31k. Both of them total to 50k Total income

So:

A. Step mother income: 19k and reports this on her I-864

B. Father income: 31 and reports this on I-864a

5. Is this all ok??? AND to report the 'Current Income' which my parents said is the same as 2015... I can write the same? and important for me to know if this ok to put an ESTIMATE for current income each?

6. Since I have IRS transcript in this scenario, there is no need for my joint sponsors to produce 1099's or other evidence?

Thank you for any help on this and help is needed... regards, Sov

Anybody? I see some answers to the one joint sponsor part with income on their own..... but its joint i'm saying to share income with other joint tax person. Should I need less paperwork as their income will be shared?
