Many december filers have received their NOA2 , why is it my appplication is still untouched since 01/08/2007. When enquired with the CIS customer service , they say that currrently september filers are being dealt with :crying: .

But our forums shows even some of the january filers have been approved. Really wierd

Is there anyone in the same situation.

The average wait time right now the the CSC is 98 days for K1 visas based on the timeline of other VJ'rs. Remember, the average is 98 days, some will come before and some after.

Keep yourself busy, you have a long wait ahead of you until your fiancee can get her visa.

if you look at your timeline it says that your case may be adjudicated as early as April 4, I hope it is sooner but that number is based on the averages calculated from the timelines that have been posted here on VJ and are much more accurate than the customer service stated date.

Calm down try looking at my time line for unfair.

And look at our timeline too... we have been waiting since August 2, 2006 for CSC to give us any information. We received our first touch just today 3-26-2007.

Be patient. Some people have their cases processed very rapidly, and some, like ours, take forever....

Last time my fiance call the USCIS Customer service and had the same answer as yours. Maybe you may try to call USCIS California in person to inquire your case. Just try to ask about your case.

Good luck

Calm down.....you are a January filer and NO december filer.

We are waiting too, not as long as others who posted here, but we wait a little longer than you and didn't get approved yet.

So nothing unfair about your case!!!

Our NOA2 took 128 days from CSC.

Remember that the processing times here are, at best, a guesstimate. There are ALWAYS cases that fall outside that norm. I should know.

And yes, I would also consider you a January filer. Its not quite your 'turn' yet anyway.
