She's from the province of Buriram in the Isaan region. Looks like a lovely part of the country. (We'll be having a Buddhist ceremony there once she gets her green card.)

My understanding is that it must have an original signature and cannot be a copy. That's what I did. It wasn't cheap to mail those documents to Thailand via UPS, let me tell you!

Great idea on the Buddhist Ceremony I'm sure she will appreciate that.

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO :dance::D^_^

Just wrapped up a video call with my fiancee. Although it took over 3 hours for the whole production to be over, I'm thankful that the interview itself was very easy. Apparently, they were having IT issues. (Go figure.)

 

The CO only asked 3 questions:

  1. Who is your fiance?
  2. Where does he live?
  3. When are you planning on going to the US?

And before you ask, yes, this review has been posted to the Bangkok embassy page. Our timeline is also up-to-date.

I know! After all this stress/trouble, it comes down to 3 simple questions. Number 3 was easy: February! I told her to say, "as soon as I have the visa" but she's smarter than I am and said the right thing!
