I am still playing the waiting game from csc to nvc, maybe call them friday to see if they got it yet

Looking at your timeline, it's only been 8 days since NOA2. I'd wait at least another week before calling them as it's been taking 21+ days for petitions to move from CSC to NVC lately. (Mine took 26 days.)

What should I do if when I did the page to do the interview I wrote a passport number of my girlfriend wrong, and now pay the 265.00 but there is a wrong number in the confirmation

You'll probably want to contact your embassy to see what can be done. I doubt you can go in and change it yourself, especially after paying the MRV fee.

Recently, the time from NOA2 to NVC is about 21-30 days. NVC to embassy time varies widely and is dependent on your embassy. For Bangkok, it took nearly 2 weeks! (13 days) So, all in all, you're looking at a minimum of 30 days.

Getting a little nervous.  NVC sent my package to the Manila US Embassy on Dec 8th. As of today the CEAC still says "in transit" our interview is scheduled for this Thursday Jan 6th. Is it possible they have it at the embassy and just not updated? or is our paperwork lost somewhere? Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Get in touch with your embassy right away. Even if it's an administrative mistake, you might face issues.

I checked the tracking on DHL and it says they received it on 12/12. Partially?

I know in Bangkok it took them 10 calendar days to process the petition once they received it. With all of the holidays this time of year, it's entirely possible that your embassy is still processing it. But I'd still recommend contacting them because of the fact that you have an interview in 2 days (Manila time).
