Thanks Jim, I'll be with her on the flight back and she mentioned something about that fee, they told her about it at the CFO seminar.

So it's still being taken.

Is it a cash only fee?

Or can it be paid by VISA card?

I however do not know if they take card. I can tell you there are several banks at the airport and if needed I imagine she could head there to do some type of cash advance on a card.

Probably just best to have the $40/P1620 or so in pesos ready before heading to the airport.

i think the 750 peso terminal fee also applies too. something else to check into

Jim & nara thanks,I was really hoping that it did not drag out until after the new year. i feel pretty lucky to have gotten the approval. I did have a bit of fun with her before i told her we got the approval,the surprise on her face was priceless LOL

Hey everyone! I was able to schedule my interview here in Brazil after 8 days from Case number created! It took exactly a month from NOA2 approved to consulate receiving it.

My interview is scheduled for January 24th! I'm so excited! Can't wait to be with my Eric!!

Merry Christmas and an amazing 2017 for all of us!! May all our processes be approved asap! :joy:

Please follow the instructions you received from the National Visa Center (NVC) which lists the six steps you must take before NVC can schedule your appointment for the visa interview. This includes filing various NVC rates, forms and documents. Once the NVC has received all the necessary items, it will let you know if there is something missing or incomplete. Hello everyone

I need help about employment letter from company and bank statement.. what should be in the letter head? Does it need to be directly address to US embassy in philippines?? I will appreciate your help

Mine was addressed "to whom it may concern"

Include:

Hire date

Salary

How often paid (monthly, weekly etc) if possible

And my director was nice enough to write a blurb about being an asset to the company, and intends on keeping me for years to come

I also had a Wet signature

(I am London, not Philippines)
