Our RFE response was received on Nov 16 by USCIS. I hope they can mail us the final decision soon ??????????

Average is 7 to 21 days depending upon the RFE type and quickness of the USCIS employee.

You are nearing day 14. Hope it will come soon for you. Every case is unique however.

Ok it's about that time of the night CSC Pacific Standard Time.

USCIS should start pumping out some NOA's.

I'll be checking a few times throughout the night and report back my findings.

Yesterday was slow as only one NOA 2 reported lucky contestant :goofy: number 1 - WheresMyKoala.

Ok CSC and TSC reports ZERO NOA 2's as of 8:15PM PST.

Boring statistics of the night :reading:

55 cases for month of October at CSC remain UNapproved :ranting:

Of these only 42 are Open Accounts (VJ member or administrator closed the other 13 and of these 42 open/unapproved I-129's RFE's were issued to 7 of them. :protest:

I randomly pulled timelines of and many of the unapproved have not even signed into VJ in over a month.

So what does all this mean?

It means we all get to keep waiting and waiting :clock:

??♩???♩???♩ our case was APPROVED. We submited RFE on Nov 14 and today our request was approved. We submitted I-129F 60 days ago.

Wow, we are almost there!

Two weeks and 1 day from RFE to approval. Not bad.
