Nice! Gonna try to call myself now. Did they say how long until case # assigned?

They said to phone them back in two weeks but looking at other people on VJ it normally takes couple of days.

Just got off the phone to NVC, case received today!!!! Our NOA2 date was 11/02/2016

Woooweee! Our NOA2 date is the day after yours. I'll be calling NVC later tonight or early tomorrow morning.

Sure is a test. 40 days and no rfe? Its hard to distract yourself especially with a long holiday weekend coming up. Still many months to go it seems. Hope tomorrow brings something.

Really hope so too, feels like my life is "pending" because so many of my plans are on hold til its approved

Wow, that stinks. With most people being approved in the 20-30 day range, that feels odd. Hope you hear from USCIS soon.

I was worried for an RFE because i did not include back copy of my naturalization certificate but that did not happen

i checked online status a moment ago, it says 'CASE WAS APPROVED' on November 22nd, wow that is today. Am expecting NOA2 hardcopy in the mail :yes:
