Did you ever receive NOA1 hardcopy because its not updated on your timeline?

We didn't but I thought that when our status moved to "Case Received" and it was saying that there that we should receive the receipt notice no later than November 30, I thought they were mailing us the NOA1 then?

We didn't but I thought that when our status moved to "Case Received" and it was saying that there that we should receive the receipt notice no later than November 30, I thought they were mailing us the NOA1 then?

strange unless they are using new wording, because when I received my RFE it specifically said "REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE WAS MAILED" When ever you receive notice please update us!

yes you were right! NOA1 is the receipt that tells they received it. NOA2 is when they approve your application

Its an rfe, not a denial. I am nervous about the divorce decree now and worried about a 2nd rfe. That would doubly suck. Its a good season to be in the process so stay positive

Not to say it doesn't happen but I've done this whole process before and have never seen 2 RFE's on same I-129F. If reviewer is doing their job they will send you RFE once to fix everything.
