Since there is no such thing as "South Federal Way" I think the USPS delivery will be able to figure this out especially if the rest of your address is correct and zip code included.

We just received the RFE just ask for the birth certificate because it says that the one who sent did not like it

Ok so you got an RFE because of an issue with your BC?

Were you born in USA or another country?

Did you sent in a certified BC from the State you were born if you were born here in America?

Not a hospital record.

See the I-129F INSTRUCTIONS below for what you need to provide regarding your birth.

Make a photo copy of the paper RFE you received in the event the RFE they sent you gets lost in the mail when you reply.

I'm trying to copy and paste the specific instructions here but it will not allow me so just open the link below and see Page 4 of 9 and the blurb number 5.

https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf

Hope this helps

Jim

I'm glad I sent a copy of the front and back of my birth certificate. I'll never understand why USCIS wants both sides, especially when there's practically nothing on the back of mine!

And after you sent everything how long it took for the NOA2 to be approved, how long it took to find the other different certificate they asked for I'm worried I do not know if it's too late

RFE to NOA 2 averages 7-21 days but could be much longer.

Hey Jim... Everything seems to be quiet on our timelines... Would an RFE been expected by now if we were so lucky to have been picked? What's the average timeline NOA1 to RFE if such a stat exists? Edited by jstryker

It might be at least another week before NOA2. NOA1 to NOA2 for me was 22 days.
