Have you received the actual mail? There's specific intructions there for u to follow. Do not panic. As long as you send what they asked for, there should be no problem.

They want more evidence I do not know what else to send since I sent everything in the package I-129 until copy of the receipt of the ring of my fianc2ee, who advise me to send, or they tell you that they need

What is the date of your RFE? It will take about a week before you receive the actual mail. I guess you can't do anything yet unless you receive the actual mail.

Status of our i-129f package has just been changed to APPROVED!! Hooray! It took 28 days from noa1 date!

WOW! 11 days from NOA1 to NOA2? That's crazy. It took us 22 days. Best wishes for an easy ride through the NVC stage and then onto the embassy!

No, 20 days, but still pretty awesome!

Yesterday November 8 our state change where more evidence is needed, believe that the case can be denied

It's not a denial. It's a request for evidence (RFE). They're two very different things.

Please consider updating your timeline

K1 Visa Event Date Service Center : Texas Service Center Transferred? California Service Center on 10-12-2016 Consulate : Panama I-129F Sent : NaN-NaN-NaN I-129F NOA1 : NaN-NaN-NaN

Your service center was never Texas it was just sent to the Texas mail stop.

Your I-129F is being worked out of Calif Service Center - CSC but NOT as a transfer.

You can input the actual date you mailed the I-129F instead of NAN

You can input the actual date on the NOA 1. It should be in upper left side of form.

Once you get your RFE in the mail you can add that date here as well.

You are not being denied

They just want more info.

In some ways this is a GOOD thing it means you case is being actively worked and not just lost or forgotten in a pile somewhere.

Once you send in you RFE response it should take 7-21 days on Average could be longer.

When you get the RFD be sure to make a copy of the letter for your own records.

Send it with USPS delivery confirmation so you can at least track it to make sure it made it back the the CSC

Send more chat logs, more phone bills, more photos, if you are financially supporting the person send receipts of money transmitals.

More copies of hotel receipts when you visited.

Good luck.

Jim

Can the request more evidence after you respond/reply? In my case it was an error/oversight on my behalf for NOT writing in NA on a few spots.

You got an RFE because you did not right in "NA" in a few spots? ouch. wow.

IF you are asking me if you can get a 2nd RFE I would say anything is possible but I've never heard of that.

They should send out all RFE's at once.

If you want you can start collecting more proof of evidence just in case. That way you will have it ready if you do get a 2nd RFE but again I would not be worried about that at all.

The CSC employee would really have to screw up to ask for a 2nd .
