Hello, everyone!

If you guys would be so kind, I'm hoping to get some feedback on my documents I'll be submitting for my I-129F application this week.

I plan to include (in this order):

- Personal check for $340

- Cover Letter

- I-129F form

- I-129F Supplement, Part 2, Question 34.A, explaination of meeting in person

- G325-A and passport style photo (petitioner)

- G-325A Petitioner Supplement: Residences

- G-325A Petitioner Supplement: Employment

- G-325A and passport style photo (beneficiary)

- G-325A Beneficiary Supplement: Residences

- Birth Certificate of Petitioner

- Birth Certificate of Beneficiary

- Passport of Petitioner

- Passport of Beneficiary

- Letter of intent to marry, signed and dated by petitioner and beneficiary (Sept. 2016)

- Proof of Ongoing Relationship including:

- Tickets from vacation together (Aug. 2016)

- Ticket from his most recent flight to America (June 2016)

- Scans of passport entry stamps to America/UK (scanned all relevant pages of both our passports)

- Letters of support (his father, my mother, my employer, saying they've met him/us and our relationship is genuine)

- Hard copies of photos of us together, dated and labelled on the back

- Screenshots of Facebook posts, geotagged, with both our names and comments/likes (to show other people know of our relationship)

- Screenshot of a Facebook message where we are discussing wedding plans

I know this is a lot of information to include, but I got advice from a lawyer who told me to include all of the above items.

Critiques? Positive feedback? Soothing words so I don't go crazy?

Thanks!

Sally

The passport and BC of the petitioner are not necessary. You should have two separate letters of intent to marry. Did you include the g1145? Otherwise looks good.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

Is it bad to include the birth certificates? That's what the lawyer said to do, maybe better safe than sorry?

And we do have two separate letters so all good there. Didn't even know about the G1145, I've got that now, where should that go in the order of everything?

Thank you so much for your response, I want to get this sucker in the mail so I don't have to stress over it any more!!!

Omg, SORRY, I meant beneficiary in the previous post!! It's not "bad" to include it, just completely pointless.

Put the g1145 first (after the check).

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

And don't worry! K1's are such a breeze in the UK. You have way more evidence than you need. Ship your package and grab a drink. Relax :-)

I got an RFE for not including my passport. (biographical data page) so sometimes it's needed.

Are you the petitioner? I made a typo in the post - meant for the beneficiary.

I thought only the petitioner needs copy of his/her passport?

Likewise, is a birth certificate for beneficiary necessary? I haven't included that as part of my application (I'm the petitioner). I'm only including a copy of my passport and naturalization certificate and the applicable G325 form for my fiance.

There is no birth certificate needed from the beneficiary until the embassy interview stage.
