IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Immigrant visa (IV) applicants currently working with the National Visa Center (NVC) to complete their IV applications should make sure NVC has a working e-mail address for at least one party on their case. (A case party is the petitioner, beneficiary, or agent/attorney.) If you have not previously given NVC an e-mail address where you can be contacted, please call 1-603-334-0700 to provide your e-mail information. When you call, have your case number, petitioner’s full name, and the beneficiary’s full name and date of birth available. NVC will then be able to e-mail you information and instructions rather than send them via traditional mail, which means you will receive items like NVC’s responses to submitted documents and notice of your visa interview appointment more quickly.

So my case was already at NVC.

scan date was last June 22, 2016

sent for supervisor review on July 11 (first supervisor review)

sent for supervisor review again on August 22 (second supervisor review)

sent for supervisor review AGAIN last September 16, 2016 (3rd supervisor review)

the agent keeps on telling me that it takes up to 6 weeks but this is the 2nd 6th weeks and they want me to count for another 6 weeks? 3 6 weeks?

I asked for a supervisor, I talked to a supervisor and after minutes of convincing him that my case was under review for almost 4 months and I am calling from the Philippines and it is a long distance. I asked her politely that I am concerned about my application because I haven't heard either email or anything from NVC. So she said my application will be reviewed shortly. What does it mean?

Just what it says - YOUR CASE WILL BE REVIEWED. If everything is completed and accepted they will then schedule your interview with USEM and notify you.

It is good to stay vigilant ... ;)

I hear ya, my asawa was at work so I did the best I could with the Tagalog ...

I am waiting. it is still not yet reviewed. I will call them everyday once or twice a day. This is getting out of hand. They keep on telling me that they don't know why my case still not completed. :(
