Really I am sad.. I thought I-730 class should get approved soon. But.. 

Did you get email for another medical after its expiry? Your passport is with VO or its with you? VO kept my passport after the interview. And it's been 5 and half months now.

Yeah everyone thought the same. although that's right and we should be given our Visa's on priority as our partners and family have been waiting first for the approval of their asylum and then  our petition and then in last this AP thing is trying to kill Us.

I did not get any email from the embassy regarding any medical. my interview was on 1st June 1st so that's right that my Medical has expired. and yeah he kept the Passport at the time of interview and then asked me to send my renewed passport since the last one was expired.

after that there's nothing, nothing at all. I got a call this month on the 16th from Embassy and the guy asked me about where I have worked and what contact numbers I have been using. 

nothing after that. lets keep Praying as our God is the biggest and the kindest of all.

Thanks you provided all the necessary details. Ok it means it's been 9 months since your interview? If you got a call from embassy this month then surely you are going to hear a good news soon. My interview was in September and I got DS5535 form via email in November. It was about my previous residential addresses, contact numbers n current social media handles as well. Did they sent you this form after interview? Yess my mother applied asylum  in 2013 and she got her interview in 2016 and got approved in 2017. After 4 years. It's been too long now. You are right that we should be given visa on priority

Peter, last month we get a call too regarding job details and passports expiration. All they said if you dont hear anything untill June, get yr passport back and renew it.

Hopefully both of you will get your visas before June. InshaAllah. Did you get any form DS5355 in email? Its about social media handles and other contact information of last five years.. I received that two mnths after my interview

Nope no such form may be its introduced in 2017.

Yep.. It was introduced in march 2017. I think they have called you and got the necessary information via call. I pray that may we three get our visas sooner.

I dont remmember call though but at the time.of interview they ask u to write down your sblings details and phone numbers on the paper. With the new relative interview they didnt ask any such thing.

hi. no my interview was in June 1st 2016. I have been waiting for more than 1.5 year now

if your Passport is expiring in June, you will have to renew it now and send it to them. coz the embassy only print the Visa's on the passport if it is Valid for the next 6 Months. you should confirm from them once in order to save time in the near future
