hello everyone

im a new member here and i am just little bit confused about my k1 visa`s interview.

i met my love last year in Egypt and then i invited her to come to visit me here in tunisia and then she met my family ,so after that she invited me to visit her in us and meet her family i applied for a B2 visa 2 times but they refuse and now im applying for a k1 visa and im worry if that affect in this visa this time( like i`ve been refused for 2 times).

Your denials for a tourist visa shouldn't cause a problem with applying for a K1 visa; but when you are asked if you have been denied a visa before, you MUST be truthful and say that you have been denied a tourist visa twice. If you aren't honest about it, only then would it cause a problem and a possible denial. As long as you have lots of solid evidence of a bona fide relationship you shouldn't have anything to worry about Good luck!

she came to visit me twice and i the secod visit i proposed to her to marry me and i was amazing and she said yes and then we made a tunisian party for the engagement and when she go back she wrote an articl about our story in her news paper( she is a journalist) ... so should i take with me a copy of the news paper to the interview like a proof that we really love each other ?

Has your fiance filed the i-129F yet? She should send pictures of the two of you together and with your family, emails/chat logs between the two of you, and even her boarding passes from visiting you along with the i-129F.

yes she did and then they answer her back with a notice approve from the NVC and few weeks ago othey send her an email and told her that i cant start the process for my interview and when im ready i can pay the fees to get an appointment

Oh so you're already pretty far in the process already! Have you filled out the DS-160? You should pay the fees, get your medical done, and schedule your interview

no i didnt do that yet ... but im wondering should i take with me my finance certaficat or her finance certaficat ...?

and to proof that we have a bona fide relation sheip i do have more than 100 pictuers of the both of us together and with friends and my family too should print them all??

You should fill out the DS-160 form soon. Has your fiance sent you the i-134 form, in addition to her IRS tax transcripts, W2, 1040 forms? You will need those for your interview. I don't think you will need to print out all your pictures together; just pick out a few that show the progression of your relationship. You can also bring the newspaper article she wrote about your relationship, in addition to what I said earlier (e.g. emails, chat logs, travel documents).

no she didnt send me that we do our k1 vis thru an atorney ... and i dont remember that she tolds me about those paper

Oh I see... well I guess you need to speak to your attorney and ask about those documents and forms so that you can get your visa process moving.

Well, unless you and your fiance are planning on using your finances as part of the i-134 (Affidavit of Support), I don't think you will need your financial/bank certificates for the interview.

hey Khaled. Don't worry Man, insha'allah you will get it. nothing impossible as long you working legally. Time will go by and Insha'allah you will see yourself here in the USA with your beloved one And Nah. 2 or 3 refuses should't affect you getting you visa as long you have all the paper they need.
