Im working in singapore and proxessing my k1 visa here. On dec 30 my contract will end, if i get my approval can i go back to my home country first phils and go to US from there? Even if i processed my papers here in singapore? Pls enlighten me

Yes you can. BUT, you will be required to attend the CFO seminar and receive a certificate placed in your passport before leaving the PI. Besure to plan ahead as appointments fill up early sometimes space is not available for a month out.

As what I have understand you can go home but you need to do the CFO before you can fly out from the Philippines unlike if you fly directly from here.
