Hello folks,

Our initial expedite request was denied due to lack of evidence, we didn't submit any - at that point we simply wanted to file our papers as it was already delayed.

We are putting together another expedite. I didn't want to write about deeply personal things on here but.. need info now.

Are digital evidences such as video clippings and audio recordings accepted in my expedite to prove at risk of honour killing?

Sorry cannot answer questions in details like why I won't approach the police as the threat is if I was to go back to home country and I don't trust the legal system there. (If my papers don't process soon I may have to go back to home country).

Just need to know if digital evidences can be used...

You need independent proof. You need police reports. Printouts, audio threats, etc. can be faked. Anyone can fake these things. You need to go to the police to have the threats independently verified.

What does this have to do with an honor killing? Seems like you want the expedite to save yourself money.

The usual judgementals!

I do have some police reports but doesnt talk about death threats only violence threats and abusuve messages.

My ex inlaws are terrible people and embarrassed that i married again. Not saying they will do it - but the risk stands.

Of course its money in the end - if i can come up woth a truck load of money i could get some sort of visa for most places - just to pass time and not have to go back to home country.

As it stands the minimum Us60k required to keep the business going for a few minths in the third country we dont have! Trying all we can - not interested in going to home country with kids. On my own I may manage as they may not find out where i am and its a huge country. I thought i had till Feb next year - but realize its December now.

Also, looking at getting my Portugese passport based on descent and perhaps stay there in a country which my knowledge stops at poiniting it out on a map. I know no one there.

Will not answer any more questions as its unnecessary.

No need to answer here, however prepare your best answers and supporting documents for your expedite. The way you currently present the situation does not show the urgency that you are trying to express.

hey m from UAE too so ur saying here ur life in-danger in UAE that will be big joke ok so dont misguide people here uae is more safer then states... now lets talk about ur stay in uae once you done ur visa in december get 90 days visit visa and wait for ur interview..... plus indian citizen can travel south asian countries without visa so you can go there either.... uscis or nvc only accept expidiated cases once you have evidence... audio video does not count evidence for visas issues if you need safety then apply for asylee visa

Odd. Is life at risk whichever country you're in, or running out of money\visa?

Never knew a particular part of India had a reputation for honor killing. Source?
