I also made the request and it says they will respond before Jun 24, I can bot do anything rightnow,but waiting. I hope we will get the GC soon and getting the end of I751. If you get anything else from Uscis plz give me update.thanks

Hey Guys, 

Just got a notification that my replacement card was mailed to me. I received the recall letter on the 17th of May. I mailed my card with the error back to USCIS the same day. Just thought I should let you all know.

I received both the card and the approval letter on the yesterday. My case was approved on June 5th

Hey guys, finally my USCIS update is giving me some good news.

 

6/8 status: New card is being produced.

6/11 status: Case was approved.

 

I will let you guys know again when I actually receive my new card.

I go them both on the same day. Actually my attorney for the approval letter and I got a letter saying that my approval letter is sent to my representative.

I have contacted USCIS about my green card and this is the answer they emailed me today:

Recently, you contacted us about the status of your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, filed on 10/17/2016. You have also filed a Form N-400, Application for Naturalization.  Our records indicate that your Form I-751 and Form N-400 are currently pending and will be adjudicated at the same time. 

Looks like I should participate in the N400 forum moving forward, thank you all for your support.

Hi guys, I'm new here so please forgive me if I'm asking any questions that have already been answered.

 

I filed on 10/29/2016,

received RFE on 05/10/2018,

CSC received my response to RFE on 05/30/2018

06/14/18 It updated to "we received your form I-751 at your local office"

 

Anyone from this thread deal with this or know what it means? This is so frustrating. I've looked through other websites and forums on here and have seen people who filed before AND after me who have already been approved. 

 

Also, as an added note. When they sent the RFE I also received a letter addressed to my wife from USCIS that was requesting evidence from her ON SOMEONE ELSE'S CASE. Seriously, a whole different receipt number and name. Is this a common issue? Should I call and inquire about it or do you think they'll see in their system that her name is on two cases?

Hi All,

 

Yesterday I received a notification that said 'Card was Delivered to me by the Post office', but I checked my mail and while I received the approval letter, I did NOT receive the Card.

 

When I click the tracking number in the notification email it says UNAVAILABLE, but when checking on the actual USCIS site I have a tracking number assigned and it confirms that the card was delivered to me yesterday, Jun 14 at 9:19am.

 

I would like to gain clarity regarding where my card is, I don't know if :

a) The Card was delivered but misplaced in a different mailbox (I live in a large apartment building so it could happen that my mail got mixed into another unit's mail slot, although I already spoke with the concierge at my building and they didn't find my letter/card )

b) It is a mistake by USCIS and they sent me the approval letter but not the card yet.

c) The card has not been delivered and it is a mistake on the part of the USPS tracking system.

 

If someone has had the same experience, please let me know how did you handle the situation. I am thinking to wait a couple of days to see if my card arrives, if not I will call USCIS and report my card as lost. It is just a very unfortunate situation, I was so excited that I was finally getting my card...

It could mean that you are in line for an interview. I think they may send them to the local office after rfe to schedule and interview if they are not satisfied. I could be wrong though. As for sending you someones else's case, ive never heard of that! Doesn't surprise me though. Good luck, this will all be over for you soon x

Hi, after frantically looking this up on other forums it seems like a lot of people have gotten the “sent to your local office” message, yet when they made an infopass and talked to someone the person they spoke to said it was a glitch and that their case was still at CSC. Out of all the pages of people who got this message, nobody got an interview so I’m crossing my fingers that mine is also a part of this glitch. When I search my case # with EAC the date changes to 03/30 that it was sent to my local office, but with WAC it says 06/14. Who knows what they’re doing over there....I’m just ready for this to be over with.
