Just a quick update: I got a notification yesterday from USCIS, saying that they had mailed out my card. Hopefully, USPS will be good to us, and the card will be here in the next week!

7/30/14: IV Fee Paid; 7/30/14: IV Package Sent
8/3/14: DS-260 Completed
8/21/14: Checklist for AOS (Response sent same day)
8/26/14 Medical
10/17/14: Case Complete (Checklist for sponsor, but am able to bring fixed AOS to interview)
11/3/14: Interview Scheduled; 11/6/14: Case status changed to "In Transit"
11/10/14: Case status changed to "Ready"; Sent request for earlier appointment date
11/14/14: Reply from embassy - denied request to change interview date; Sent direct appeal email

12/9/2016: Received Biometrics letter.

12/21/2016: Biometrics - name had been correctly changed, and all the workers were courteous.

11/28/2017: Infopass appointment for I-551 stamp.

4/2/2018: RFE email notice; 4/6/2018: RFE letter received

4/9/2018: RFE response sent; 4/11/2018: Received at USCIS

4/27/2018: USCIS update - "New card is being produced"

5/12/2018: Green card received

Hey Everyone, I happened to check my informed delivery today and noticed I have a package coming from USCIS In Kentucky. Needless to say I just checked the mail and my 10 yr green card was in it.

When did you get your approval notice? I got it 2 weeks ago, and I am still waiting the GC.

We never got our "You're been approved", but our case was updated to "New card is being produced" on April 27th.

I got mine on April 26th as well and also waiting here. Did you get 751 updates that say your case has been transferred to a new office? I got two of them. USCIS told me to disregard and wait for the card.

Interesting, I guess every field office is different. I got approved on the 26th last month and got my approval letter on the 4/30. You never received the approval letter either?

We received the approval letter - I think it was last Friday, the 4th?

Oh ok, sometimes USCIS just does stuff out of order. I hope I will get an update like yours soon. Hopefully you will get your card soon.

I did not get updates like that. At first they transferred to local office..then corrected name and birthday....FRe and approved my case on April 23..and nothing until now I have been waiting the GC

I applied for 400 last August with 751 pending, but unfortunately my husband passed away 3 days after the 400 interview that took place 3/26. They approved my 751 on 4/26, I thought I would lose my eligibility due to the passing of my husband and get a rejection notice of 400, and yet they scheduled my oath, but by law, I will probably lose my eligibility at the oath. USCIS was supposed to reject my 400, and they scheduled it, and I will most likely lose my eligibility at the oath when I submit the 445. And now they may not start my green card production until they find out I am ineligible, very frustrating.

I submitted my RFE long back in the month of Jan 2018 but havent any thing back from them yet ,I am Nov 2 2016 filer.

But few of them got the approval back with in 2 to 3 weeks or at max with in a month
