Our NOA1 date was 10/13/2016, our I-751 petition was approved 04/09/18. Sorry, I've been away from the thread!

 

How long does it take to get the 10 year card in the mail?

Hey Everyone, I happened to check my informed delivery today and noticed I have a package coming from USCIS In Kentucky. Needless to say I just checked the mail and my 10 yr green card was in it.

Hi TM713 

Did you get the approval note before they said that they ordered your GC? The 1st, they said they ordered my GC and will sent it to me around 120days but 2 more days after that they updated my case and said they approved my case and send to note  to me for information...sigh..

Did you respond to your RFE? I got the physical letter on 04/17. My Lawyer is working on the case and hopefully will be sending it the week on 05/07

Yeah, I received our letter on 4/6 & sent our response on 4/9. They received it on on the 11th.

You responded real fast. I have seen few people getting approved in around 3 weeks after sending RFE. Hopefully you will hear form them soon. 

So update when you get some response.

This morning we received an email from no-reply@uscis.dhs.gov with subject "We have taken an action on your case". I checked the app and it still says Case was received at your local office.

I logged on the dhs website next and it says "We are producing your card and will mail it to you".

a. Is that standard language?

b. Does it mean that our application is approved and now I just wait for the card?

c. Any idea how long that has been taking?

 

My NOA is 10/24/16

Hi, guys! I filled I 751 with divorce waiver and I was the one who said all divorce waivers will have an interview and today I got approval notice! I just want to say that I didn't get any updates online before the notice, I got an update saying that my case was received at local office on March 4th but everyone was saying that it's a system error so actually I wasn't receiving any updates prior the today approval notice.

Try checking here: DHS  (if perhaps you've only been checking here: USCIS).

 

My N400 was updated on BOTH the USCIS and DHS accounts, however, the approval of my ROC was only updated on the DHS site (link I shared)

F-1 Visa: Academic years 2007/2010.

K-1 Visa: I-129F sent Aug 2013; Approved Jan 2014.

Green Card: AOS sent Feb 2014; Approved Jan 2015.

Removal of Conditions: I-751 sent Nov 2016; Approved Apr 2018.

US Citizenship: Application sent Nov 2017; Fingerprints Nov 2017; Civics/English exam March 2018; Oath May 2018.

Thanks. I have checked both USCIS and DHS websites. When I checked DHS website it showed we are producing your card like I mentioned in my post. On egov USCIS website it still says case transferred to local office (same as the app). I am just really curious now if I should believe in this update and it isn't a system glitch.
