Yes, I'm glad to find your input. I'm happy to see your cover letter works well for RFE. It's getting closer to Dec. 2016 filers, it's been a long waiting. Praying there are no complications and everything will go smoothly.

I filed on October 27, 2016 and got this notification via e-mail this morning. I talked to my lawyer and she said that the next step is for the GC to be produced and sent out to me. My first extension expired over a year ago and made an info pass appt to get my passport stamped with another extension. Hopefully I'll get the 10-yr GC in the mail soon. Let me know if any of you has any questions regarding this matter.

Morning everyone

Just came back from a USCIS appointment, I was inquiring about I751 pending with N400 and yes, CSC will transfer the case to the local office and will sit there till they touch my N400. even though I'm October 2016 filer for I751 The office told me I will NEVER see my Green Card...

This is bad.. I am also October 2016 filer.. myN400 will not be picked up for another 8 months per timelines

Feel sad to hear this news. I filed my N 400 too, It's unfair for us who filed N 400 then have to wait longer for I 751 service. Sadder thing is we have nothing to do about that with USCIS. Your local office is?

I have an inquiry for you guys who are still waiting, did you all file N 400? Especially for those who have early Oct. NOA? I'm wondering if it is because you filed N 400 so that they keep you waiting ?

Hello, we didn't file for N400. We wanted to finish this step first and still waiting.

I know, it's not fair! that's what I told the officer. I paid the I751 fees to get my 10 years green card and not having it causes problems (Airlines can deny boarding seeing the stamp only, schengen visa denied since the green card is expired and stamp not recognized...) all he has to say is to be patient. If I knew I wouldn't apply for N400 as they suggested...My Local office is Las Vegas

As I posted earlier, I applied for N400 while my I 751 pending, and had already last 16tg my N400 Interview, I had my wife with me but the officer told me let her stay in the waiting area and if we need her will call her to come, I took the N400 test and passed , then the officer took some recent do uments like  tax transcript 2017 , and some new bills both our name on it, and a letter from the doctor that my wife pregnant with due date on August and checking account recent statement, all scanned and give to me back, and told me they will have to adjucate both cases and will send me by mail the decision and she can tell that everything looks fine and we have good marriage. So I asked her about cermony location to let her know my choice as I am in a city far away from the local office and cermony here every like 4 months, So I asked her if I can have it in Chicago and she said sure, and now I am just waiting
