Hi...Just wanted to share my case. Last week I receive my green card. No RFE, no interview. Be patience cases are getting approved.

Yes she did and I just mailed it about an hour ago, so I will go ahead and file for the citizenship

So I went to my infopass appt last friday and the Officer that I talked to gave me another stamp on my passport and said that they received my file last tuesday here at the local office and that I am in line to be schedule for an interview.

I asked him if he knew the timeline to receive a interview letter and he said that the website says it could take up to 21 months

He also said that if in 4 months I havent received my green card or the notice to come for an interview I should schedule another appt to get another stamp.

I'm a aug 2016 filer and I got a RFE end of jan, they received my response march 12th, but i have seen few people who got approved after a week or 2 after sending back the RFE requested.

I am so sorry to heard that. I hope you will get your green card instead of an interview appointment. I got the RFE on March 28. Did you apply N400 yet?

That is scary. I am also a good faith wavier filer. My NOA1 date is Oct 24th. Haven't herd anything back from them yet. I wanted to travel to my home county and been waiting to hear something back before I travel.

What does your NOA1 status update say now?

its just says that they have received my response to the RFE and that my case is not on hold anymore. 3 more days and it will be a month since they received my response.

@dllmbtltk do you mind sharing what info you sent originally and what additional infor they asked. Are you a waiver filer or a joint??.

I am so so sorry to hear about the interview as well as the additional possible 21month wait. 😔 that is disheartening to hear. 

But keep the faith, delay does not mean denial.

My case is a good faith marriage waiver, I had sent : credit card statements, bank acc statements, health insurance, 401k and other employee benefits listing me as the beneficiary, cable/internet bills, cellphone bills, affidavits from 5 people that knows us and 1 written by me and also 1 written by my ex, concert tickets, taxes for the year we were married. 

And then they sent me such a general list of things.... 

so I found out  that our taxes were done wrong for that year, they were filed wrong( as single) so my ex and I went to the accountant and did tge  amendment  to fix it to send as part of the new documents for the RFE, I also sent copies of our conversations online from when we met on a dating website along with a new statement from me.

today my account was updated they receipted my RFE and they will respond for me around 2 months. I hope there are no more RFE or anything troubles

For those who have already been approved for a ROC, i am a little worried about recieving a REF, and what do start being proactive incase it happens. When i submitted my ROC on 12.16 i did not have any lease or deed as my spouse  had bought before our marriage and we never thought about adding my name to the title. But now I see that it is a requested document, since we never leased an appt & have no joint property. Do you think this will be grounds for a RFE and since we had not recieved one as of date do you think we should have the title changed now to include my name? 

The docs we did submit were as follows;

Copy of his mortage loan in spouse name only showing our joint address

Electrc bills in spouses name only showing joint address

Water bills in my name only showing joint address

Joint cell phone bill in both our names

Joint tax returns with transcripts no w2s

Joint checking & saving statements 

Joint auto ins

Copy of both DL showing same address

Copy of employmnt ins coverage showing joint coverage

Copy of my 401k listing spouse as benny. (Spouse has no 401k)

Copy of join gym membership & payment history

Copy of animal hospital bills in both of our names

Photo albums & random pieces of mail from family & friends. Part invites, xmas cards, wedding invites, postcards address to us jointly. 

For those that have been approved do you think that I should expect a REF?
