Hey Everyone, I happened to check my informed delivery today and noticed I have a package coming from USCIS In Kentucky. Needless to say I just checked the mail and my 10 yr green card was in it.

It will change soon enough. I have seen cases where it has gone straight through to card is being produced. 

but call the office and make yourself heard about the case especially if the date they gave has already crossed.

Almost Everyone has that date which says the 'Case has been Received at XX'. If your NOA1  for I-751 is before September 14, 2016 for CSC based on today's processing time, then you might get some response if you make inquiry.  But if filed after September 14, 2016, even if you make inquiry you will probably get generic response from CSC that will say you are within processing time.

 

Those local office transfer notice is a glitch and based on response from lot of people on forum, it is just that CSC moved our files from one room to another. Unless you get an official mail that says your case has been transferred to local office or another Service Center, you can simply ignore it. 

 

On a good note, CSC has been doing pretty good recently with October filers, They are done processing 51% approval excluding RFEs and N-400. So if we add them it's almost 70%, so they should start working on NOV 16 filers soon...

Nelenda, mine was October 28, 2016 n it was approved on March 30, received the NOA at California service center today and the card was being mailed on April 4th, so don’t worry they will approve it by next week.

I got my card in the mail also. My case was approved on March 23rd and on March 29 it said they were producing my card. this is the end of this wait for good now. I wish everyone good luck.

Hi all, I have been lurking here for the past 1.5 years.

 

Our case was received on October 31, 2016

Biometrics were on Dec 5, 2016

 

Today we have the "We are producing your card" on our status (just happened about an hour ago, it changed from being sent to local office on March 5th, to this).

 

We were late filing the i751 so we have been sick to our stomachs for the past 1.5 years waiting to hear if we were getting rejected or not for late filing.

 

We haven't received a letter in the mail yet, this was the first movement we have seen on our case since everyone got the "transferred to local office" message last month.

I guess they still do combine them, as my I 751 was received october 28th and still same transfer to local office, and I can see some after me got approve, but I already had the N400 Interview date in April 16th, and guess will make both interviews , soon will let you know
