Thank you for the link. Although all I got from this was how they are going to work on more accurately calculating and displaying case processing times rather than how they are actually going deal with these extremely long processing times :/

Hi! Congratulations!! Question: do you still have "fees were waived" status? 

I assume you got approval update on other WAC number that showed a transfer glitch.

USCIS want your paper proof but they have other more powerful ways of checking the legitimacy of the marriage, for example in the background check, they get all your banking info, leasing info etc which tells them if you have hidden accounts being actively used and other addresses etc. 

 

 

On a background check there is no information about leases, etc. the addresses that shows up in connection to your name is the billing address at your bank accounts, and if you did usps adress change - that might be reflected as well. 

there is no data simply for putting a name on a lease without having it as your billing or doing an official address change. 

So no, background check is not sufficient enough to determine your marriage as it's does not reveal info like lease, tax filing status, trips you took with your spouce, joint insurances, nothing.

They can know your daily life if they feel like taking an extra 5 min on your file. 

 

Matter of facts, the foreign aid the US gives to countries around the world means they can know everything about you and what you did your whole life back home. 

 

To sign a lease, you run a backgroun check with your SSN number. Most things are in your SSN number. 

 

Trust me, thats how they know when people are lying. They do their work and they let you submit your paperwork and make you believe your providing evidence at the interview. You’d be sleeping if you think the US gov is letting you submit the only proof they have on you. 

 

Everything you mentioned is known. 

Matter of fact when I was engaged to my wife and came to visit her. The US customes asked me if I knew her last trip, I did and he was satisfied. Trust me they know. They know taxes, they know your bank accounts, they know your insurance, they know your trips, they know it all unless your doing something with zero papertrail. Even then they can see the void and suspect something.

Can somebody tell me what’s going on , Inm about to lose my mind . Yesterday I received an email that they took action on my case . I log in my account and the case was approved . This morning I received an email that they are reviewing my case ! HELP . Did older fillers had similar situations

The WAC number that you are looking at would be the first number that originally gave an error message correct? If so we fall in this group of numbers.

yes, as I remember someone in VJ mentioned, USCIS is using the WAC from I-751 receipts for tracking now, instead of WAC from CR-89 .
