The approval date is the 16th, but the letter came today, Saturday the 24th. 

 

As I understood not all have an interview for the conditional green card; maybe others could share if they had interviews at that point?

I filed my I751 on October 26, 2016 - do not see myself in the list of filers?
So done with this immigration stuff! Hope they get to my case soon - USCIS case status site is a joke - just shows they received my application October 28, no other updates since then. And oh yes, they 'waived the fee'.

 

Nice to see some of the California October filers are getting approvals!

It's me again. On Friday  I shared with you that I find out on dhs website that I was approved. So on Saturday I got an approval letter. On website the approval date is 03/19 , but on the letter the date is 03/17 . 

Also when I do check the status on uscis website (not the account) it's still says, that my case was transferred. 

So now I am waiting for GC. I hope it will comes soon. 

On Tuesday I have infopass appt, and still have to go there;( why still don't have a GC on hand:(

My NOA is 10/24. Waiting for some response, hopefully sometime soon.

I am a California Service Center filer and I have just been approved. That was a long wait guys.

 

11/19/2016 - my NOA

03/12/2018 my case got transferred to a local fascility entered my second application number in the case tracker, because the first one got stuck at "Fees were waived" forever) and that's how I got to know about the transfer

03/22/2018 - case tracker finally showed "Case approved"

 

No RFE, no additional interviews or biometrics.

 

My USPS informed delivery showing that I am getting a letter from them today so 03/26/2018 it is.

Who knows how long it usually takes to et actual GC? On the approval letter it says 60 days😰. My attorney just called and said that it can take up to 90 days and it's still ok..... 

but it's so long wait time!!!!
