The "We are still reviewing your case " I get too, it's an automatic update email you can turn off. You're probably approved but wait for regular mail to be sure. God knows they screwed up their online tracking badly.

Ok. If I look at the gov page It still shows Received at Local Office and that seams like the norm today for everyone.

Hey there. What is different btw DHS and uscis.gov ? On uscis.gov my status is still say my case was stranferred at local office and on DHS says they corrected my name and my birthday for my case. Is everyone have the same things?

Then I got an email today.

We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time   I am getting so confused with this. Anyone els have had the same issue ?

 

 

I have received he same email, i think it is a status inactivity email. 

What is the date on ur NOA1?  are not a divorce wavier anymore ryt.

Same here. DHS seems to have more info on the cases and changes faster.

Oct 18. Unfortunately I am a divorce wavier. Was very close to solve our problems but we could not in the end

Oh okie. I remember you posting something like that. Did you send ur divorce judgement later? I am also a divorce wavier filer but I filed after divorce. My NOA1 is Oct 24th 2016. 

I would suggest to call up USCIS to confirm the approval. I sure the other email is a status inactivity email.

I am October 24 th filer. My status still says it is received. What I have seen from September forums is that ppl have been getting some response few days after getting name update status.

Did you check on DHS? I checked on uscis.gov is still received at local office but on DHS they say they corrected my name and birthday on March 15. I also hope I will get some response few days ...

I just checked there. It still says it  Received on March 5th.

UPDATE: So I got my physical RFE in the mail yesterday - It seems like they want me to provide evidence of a good faith marriage since the beginning of our marriage....the same tax docs, pics, utility bills, insurance stuff etc...back to collecting evidence

Did you get a note about correction the name and birthday before you got the RFE?
