@Appz - we received a letter in the mail.  We had provided recent utility bills and photos from 2016 when we applied.  They are requesting examples of documents and photos from the beginning of our relationship to date.  Stated needed more information to prove co-habitation.

So we will be pulling photos, ticket stubs, travel info. from 2013 though 2018.  Send more photos of us from around our home.  We will also just try and print a couple examples of bills, bank records in both our names from each year 2013 through 2018.

Wondering if a video dvd of all our photos would be ok.

@twinkie3841 just to clarify. You said you had originally sent in information on your marriage for just the year  2016, which was the year you were submitting your I751. OR did you submit information spanning the length of your marriage but now they want you to date back from before your marriage date..

Might I add if you havent already

Id cards with same address

Bank statements with transactions and both your names

Like you mentioned utility bills is. Electric, cable, water

Credit card bills

Please agreements

Cell phone statements

Ins. Cards

Gym memberships joint

Receipt of big dollar items in both your name. Ie. Tv....like deliverys.

When I sent in photo albums with my initial adjustment for my 2yr green card, they sent the pix back.

For I-751 I sent bank statements, lease, rent receipts, 2 affidavit letters, bills, pictures, taxes (2014, 2015), ID’s

So they are asking you to sent inn the same information again? I wonder why. The letter says ids. You sent that already, bank statements, which you already sent, bills, taxes everything you sent is what they are asking for again. Did your lawyer explain why?
