Hi all,

Received my RFE yesterday from CSC. USCIS is asking for more information pertaining to a establish marriage in good faith. According to them, my initial submittal had some bona fide material but not enough.

Documents I am sending with the RFE:

Personal Statement
Copy of my Driver’s License
Copy of Marriage License
Copy of Divorce Decree
Joint Tax Return Transcript
Apartment Rental Lease Agreement
Google Chat Conversation Spanning length of relationship
Copy of American Airline Ticket Booking
Family Pictures
Email Communications between my mother, ex-wife and myself.

I had already started preparing this before the RFE arrived in the mail. This is all the documentation I could gather. I will be mailing this out today.

Did you hear anything back after sending the RFE package??

My Noa 28th October 2016, the update for my I-751 is the regular WAC as always fees waived, the other WAC is case transefered for local office , which is Chicago Field Office on March 5th

N400 update is Noa 22th october 2017, and now Interview scheduled on April 16th 2018.

I need to know if any one in chicago field office had before N400 interview and his I751 still pending? If so how it goes? Do I take my wife with me to the interview or no? Thanks all

Hello @Ahmed666, you should take your wife along with you to the interview. That way we they can get the I-751 adjudicated on the spot and then proceed to the N-400. Are you an online filer or paper filer ?

HI Ahmed666, I am on the same boat.

I was scheduled 3/28 for n400 interview, however they descheduled me last week saying due to unforseen reasons.

I had an infopass this morning in San Jose Field office.

I was told that not all interviewers are trained to interview 751 and n400 combined interview. Which is why they had to reschedule my interview based on qualified interviewer's availability.

Good luck with your interview.

Hi all, can somebody please update the approval table for October 2016 filers in CSC? I know that everybody got a message that the cases were transferred to a local office, which however just seems to be an internal reorganization at CSC. This means all cases are still processed in the order they were received, and I have already seen some CSC approvals in this thread...

@Ahmed666 You should take your spouse with you, they probably will do a combo interview with the two of you.

Just checked the USCIS website and my case got updated requesting an RFE.

NOA date : 4th of Oct 2016

Yet to receive the mail about the instructions though.

We need more information from you

Read the notice we mailed you for details and instructions on how to respond to our request. You must respond with your documents on or before the date in your notice or your case may be denied.

We sent you a Request for Evidence (RFE) because we need more information from you. Your case is on hold until we receive the requested information. If you do not submit the requested information, we may deny your case.

If you do not receive your notice by April 18, 2018, send us a case inquiry and select that you did not receive your notice by mail.

If your mailing address changes, update your address with us.

Sorry to hear you got a RFE, but at least they finally looked at your case.

Could you please let us know where is the paper letter sent from (CSC or local office) after you receive it? Thanks in advance.

@frigatebird Yes I certainly will provide an update once I get the hardcopy.

@Ib_109Though it is not pleasant to receive an RFE , at least it is a little comforting that our case is finally being looked into after waiting 1.5 years. I have already started the task of compiling the necessary documents , though I have yet to see the actual notice from USCIS. Putting together recent-  photos , trips , official documents etc. Let's keep updating the forum so that the others will benefit if they are in the same shoes as us.
