Hi all,

Received my RFE yesterday from CSC. USCIS is asking for more information pertaining to a establish marriage in good faith. According to them, my initial submittal had some bona fide material but not enough.

Documents I am sending with the RFE:

Personal Statement
Copy of my Driver’s License
Copy of Marriage License
Copy of Divorce Decree
Joint Tax Return Transcript
Apartment Rental Lease Agreement
Google Chat Conversation Spanning length of relationship
Copy of American Airline Ticket Booking
Family Pictures
Email Communications between my mother, ex-wife and myself.

I had already started preparing this before the RFE arrived in the mail. This is all the documentation I could gather. I will be mailing this out today.

Just sharing an update that I got yesterday, It says they updated my name I am not sure what kind of update that is. If some one knows please share information with me also. I am a Oct 11th filer and my case was moved to my local office. first on the 26th but later the date was changed to march 4th. I am not sure if this is good traction or bad.

The status just got updated. Hopefully the letter will come soon. I changed my mailing address in the process as well,. As long as you changed it on uscis website and got conformation from them, with mail forwarding, you should be covered
