Brigatebird, I agree with you. The answer I got from the agent in USCIS gave me specific dates that I was expecting to see in the letter, just for reference I have received the letter from the local office (Las Vegas)

Oh, so the letter you posted was not from CSC? it's from your local office. It seems the cases are adjudicated in local office now.. But your question is not answered either by the phone call or by the letter they replied to you.

Thank you for the update and wish you will get your green card ASAP. Can you please tell us whenever you receive the letter which office sent it? will it be CSC or you local field office.

Thank you

Same question, is the RFE issued by CSC or it was sent from your local office?

Thanks in advance

Hi all,

Below is a list of documents I submitted.

-Facebook Screenshots of pics showing dates and comments

- Rental Insurance showing both our names

- Copy of lease in both our names

- Medical Insurance Card

- Life insurance showing her as a beneficiary

- 401K Statement showing her as the beneficiary

- Bank Statements showing transfers to me or to her

- Emails

- Cable bills

- Loan documents

- Travel Pictures

When I filed initially, I did not have the divorce decree. It came two months after I filled. I mailed that in immediately I got it with a copy of my NOA. Notice I did not have a personal statement. I will send a statement this time around with more paperwork.

Thanks for the update.  Sending a personal statement will surely help.

One reason could have been ur final divorce docs may not have been linked to the original file I would recommend to send that once again. I think you also needs to send couple of affidavits from friends or family members.

It will be clear when you receive the letter in the mail. Pls do keep updating progress in ur case.

Hi all,

Never posted on this site before, but I am a longtime watcher of this thread. NOA Oct 3rd, CSC filer. I am a divorce Waiver Filer. I got an RFE notification last night. This came just days after receiving the transfer notification that everyone thinks is a glitch. Just wanted to provide a glimmer of hope for the OCT -2016 fliers out there.

That's right! seems like they don't answer the question, they just send a generic mail.

Have you seen any October filers approved? I saw a few in the Sept'16 fillers thread.

One person from this thread with NOA Oct 3rd had a status update saying RFE was mailed. Another person with Oct 3rd NOA who filed on Sept 30th got his status updated to approved in the USCIS.dhs website.
