Hi guys,

I have a question...

I filed for my removal of condition i-751 in October 2016 thru CSC.

In August 2017, while I was waiting for my Green Card to come in, we moved to another city in the same state. (However, as you all Oct '16 CSC filers might know, I haven't gotten my Green Card)

I applied for mail forwarding on USPS.com thinking 'If USCIS mails my Green Card to my old place, it will be forwarded to my new address.'

Do my wife and myself submit something to USCIS about the change of address in August 2017 (about 5 months ago)?

Or can I just keep waiting without doing anything expecting USPS to forward my Green Card to my new address?

Thanks a lot in advance.

I really appreciate your help.

I was able to correctly update the address on my i-751 application using the receipt number shown on my Notice of Action.

Another question if you don't mind... I do see another receipt number on my "Applicant Information Worksheet" I got from the biometrics center.

When I put this receipt number on myUSCIS - Case Status, it says "On October 17, 2016, we received your case and waived the filing fee for your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number WAC000000000."

I tried to update my address using this receipt number as well, but the online AR-11 form would not let me proceed saying that it cannot match this receipt number with i-751.

Do I need to worry about this other receipt number? I did make a call to USCIS Customer Service but other than the fact CSC is working on Aug 2016 applications, I didn't get much useful information on this.

Thanks again guys in advance.

Have a wonderful day!

Yes, she was there but the IO didn’t ask her to join us so she just waited. He asked all the questions from the application, asked for the tax returns, lease agreements, joint bank account and everything else I had with me. He kept everything with my files. It took 10 min to adjust it and approve it.

Thank you so much Nikkosan. Filing N400 online definitely helped to speed up the process.

You will submit AR-11 if you are the immigrant spouse and if your sponsor was your spouse he/she needs to file form I-865(sponsor's change of address).  The form I-865 has to be submitted by the U.S citizen he/she moves because they filed form I-864 to sponsor the immigrant during the immigration process.

Congratulation on your citizenship. I am on the same boat with you. I am a little bit worry since I have read some other posts said they came in for n-400 interview, but the IO denied to interview them because of the ROC pending. Can you share your experiences? Thank you!
