Use the second case id number from your biometrics letter..

Thanks! It worked with that one but it says this:

On October 17, 2016, we received your case and waived the filing fee for your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number WAC**********. We mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by November 16, 2016, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

You are CSC and they are back logged. If you are planning to apply for n400, you may now start collecting your docs so that when your gc arrives then all you have to do is copy your new gc and send your packet.

I receive my gc card today after 2 weeks of my approval letter. Now, here I go preparing my N400 packet. Praying for those who are still waiting.

How long did your process take? Which office?

Contacted USCIS.. Tier 2 did not want to tell me anything.. they only want to speak to the applicant.. so I made my wife called them back. They can't verify why they send another biometrics letter after 11 months waiting.. Tier 2 said since you receive the letter you should attend the appointment. asked for details on the case.. she said pending
