Hey guys,  just wanted to share the happy news with you. I checked my status today and it said that my new card is being produced on the 25th which is when I had my interview.

 

Thank you all and wish all the best to the people waiting on their approval

Hey Everyone, I happened to check my informed delivery today and noticed I have a package coming from USCIS In Kentucky. Needless to say I just checked the mail and my 10 yr green card was in it.

I would call Tier 2 customer service and also contact your senator to act on your behalf. This is crazy, I'm sorry.

3/13/2015- EAD card mailed out -- received it 3 days later

7/8/2015 - AOS interview ready to be scheduled for an interview

Did you already start an inquiry?? When your case is outside of the listed processing time and 60 days after the last status change you can start an inquiry.

I started mine after i received a RFE in April 2018, on May 3rd it was transferred to NBC and July 6th I started my inquiry. August I had my interview and 10 days later my card.

I did, the response was "Your case is currently delayed because the required security checks are still pending."

My lawyer said it is normal 😐

I AM GOING THRU THE VERY SAME THING...I FILED FOR MY ROC IN OCT 2016.....I HAD MY INTERVIEW ON NOVEMBER 23RD 2018 AND I INFORMED USCIS ABOUT MY SEPARATION AND MY DIVORCE....I CALLED TIER 2 OFFICER ON MARCH 9TH 2019 AND I GOT RECIEPT NOTICE ON  MARCH 16TH 2019. ALSO AN EMAIL SUGGESTING ME TO WAIT FOR 120 DAYS. LET SEE WHAT HAPPENS

You just call the regular 1-800 number and when you speak to a customer service person, ask to be transferred to Tier 2 right away. Good luck! I wish you all the best.

neither I can connect with the tier2 customer service to understand what is going on. 

well hang tight and hope for the best i think there are only 3 or 4 people left for approval from october 2016
