Yes, that’s what they told me, but online still just says that they received my response for the RFE. I guess they don’t always update every step of the way. 

Field office is Las Vegas.

Hi, Is there anyone here who filed a divorce waiver. I'm curious how many people got an RFE, and how many people have to go to an interview?  Was there anyone who just got the green card without an interview or RFE?

My case is still pending, no RFE notice, no interview notice, nothing and I'm losing my nerve what's taking so long.

Is there a "special" way to file a good faith marriage waiver? I guess I don't really understand this idea.

Aren't most marriages, especially filed jointly like my case, considered a good faith marriage where you aren't just getting married for the purpose of getting a permanent residency?

 

Did I also need to file a good faith marriage? I had no idea about this. What is the difference between this and filing jointly?

I also feel it just depends on the person checking the file...some get approved, some get RFEs. Hopefully you all get approved without the RFE! Good Luck!

@mohitj what other documents did you sent? And what documents are they now asking for? I had sent bank statements and utily bills and ins all covering 2014 until 2016 time of filing. What is your REF asking you for now?

So I sent the following:

- Joint Bank Statements

- Joint Lease/House Deed

- Affidavits

- Photos

- Joint Auto Insurance

- Screenshots of beneficiary Info (401k etc)

 

They are asking for the same stuff again...I think the issue with my case was that I did not send in documents from the date of our marriage ie 2014. Also, my lawyer never suggested that  

 

Now I am recollecting everything from 2014 - 2018.

Is there anyone here whose case was transferred to the local office on Feb 26th who has not heard back from USCIS? There were a lot of cases sent to local offices on Feb 26th. Mine was also transferred to local office on Feb 26th. I have seen quite a few people from the Feb 26 move to local office group get approved. I have not heard anything back yet so am wondering if it is RFE time for me

Yes u need to file I-90 and that is what I did

I am pretty sure the mass "moved to local office" in February was a computer glitch related to USCIS updating their computer systems. There have been multiple posts about this in other threads. Anyone who contacted USCIS was told their case had not moved to a different office.

@frigatebird Yea we are in ecactly the same situation. I was unable to acess mine online so some one from my local IRS faxed them to me. But i think its the same thing cause they made me first try to print the online. 

I did not sent all the statements just randomly selected a few statements to cover the 3 years and also not all cell phone bills just randomly selected just a few to cover the year because like you said it would of been too much paper. What date in Dec are You? I am Dec 22 2016. 

I don't know what to do. But i have started printing all the other bank statements & bills & getting them ready just incase. Let us keep intouch  until this is all over.

My NOA is Dec. 8, 2016. We only have 1 joint bank account, my husband actually pays all the bills and our household expenses. It's difficult if they require those paper. My health insurance and car insurance are under his. The beneficiary of his social security is me.

If you have other joint bank statements or bills are better I think. Yes, keep in touch..
