I-129F - Help with question 14 and is using expired forms okay???

Hello,

This will be my 2nd time filing the 129-f. My fiancé and I didn't get married within the 90 days, so she went home and we are petitioning again.

Question 14 asks if I have ever filed, so that answer is yes. The problem is we don't have an Alien Registration number because she never received a green card. There is no option to add n/a.

Suggestions on how to fill this out accurately?

Question 14. "Have you ever filed for this or any other alien fiancé or husband/wife before? Yes or No" Yes
"If you answered "yes" provide the following for each alien"
"14.a. Alien Registration Number (A-Number) A-_________ "
"14.b. Last Name _________"
"14.c. First name _________"
"14.d. Middle name _________"
14.e. Date of Filing _________"
14.f. City or Town _________"
14.g. State _________"
14.h. Result __________"

Last but not least, the I-129 F form I downloaded on the USCIS website says Expired 6/30/2016 on the top right corner and there are no other recent versions available.

Does anyone know if I will run into trouble with this? I don't want to take any chances, but I don't have any better options.

Here is a good thread talking about using expired forms. This question comes up pretty regularly.

Her alien registration number would have been written on her previous K1 visa.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

Thank you! I believe it is the non-labeled red number on the bottom right.

Edit: It's supposed to be 9 digits and starts with an (A -_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ ). My number is 8 digits and starts with a K. The K can not be inserted, so now I am only filling in 7 of the blanks.

No, the number in red is the visa number. Look for a number that starts with an A.

Not all countries print the A# on the visa. It can be found on the I-129F approval notice above the beneficiary's name.
