Thank you so much :). Do you know if the embassy only dish out interview dates once a month? Or could it be any time?

Well, officially once a month but if they don't fill all the slots they allocate interviews as and when they receive the cases.

When I called on 24 to see if I had an interview date yet they said they had been allocating November dates the week before but November was now full. So that means they were allocating them way beyond the usual "end of one month/beginning of next month" session.

My case left the NVC this afternoon and is now showing 'in transit'. I'm tracking it with DHL and it's predicted to arrive at the embassy on Wednesday afternoon.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

EDIT: Just spoke to a lady and she said it should be reviewed sometime between now and Midnight...so, I said if not I'll be calling back tomorrow, lol. <_<

That looks like a positive news :) Fingers crossed for you. Our 6 weeks is on friday, so we will be calling too.

I didn't mail the original form. I heard all the documents can be emailed!!

I will be sending the documents by email also. But, I'm still confused if I need to mail the originals of I-864 by regular mail!!! If someone else filed by email and can answer that will be appreciated.

So I spoke to a few people on the Facebook group who emailed all their documents (including the i864) and have successfully gone through the process and are now in the US. That's why I did the same. If you scan and send the i864 and take the original to the interview (like the other documents), that's all they need.

Makes sense. Much appreciated. I will do that then.

Yes. That's where it should be.

Your case is sitting at the NVC in New Hampshire.

Hi JFH,

Thanks. I don't see the DS-261. When I will see it.

It takes a few days for that to become available.

Try again on Wednesday.

Yes, I called. I bought Skype credit so that I can call them myself :). It's strange, I have never been told by an NVC rep that they have been experiencing delays, not when we got our Scan Date, not when I called last week and not when I called today.

Oh, also. Funny thing. Has anyone ever heard that "beep", like someone pressing a button on the telephone, during the waiting music? I only noticed it probably the last couple of times I've called. It always makes me jump! haha.
