Congratulations JFH. I was following your post since my scan date was 2nd September too. I saw the 3n/as too this morning. But i am not sure if my case is really completed. Did you call them to confirm?

Definitely call them if you have 3n/a!!!

I did and it was confirmed by an agent.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!

Timeline

Finally paid all fees submitted DS-260 , DS-261 and packages sent !! Now the waiting game for NVC and the case complete. Pray for fast decision now. Thanks everyone for the help.

Hey check the site to see if you have gotten 3N/As. If not then you should call now and find out if your 6 weeks are up.

Hi, rooji. will call them tonight, IA. I was told before that I have been put for supervisors review >:( 7 Weeks after first scan date. The lady was rude as hell.

I'm petitioning for father and mother who are now in Canada. I wonder if they can Submit Documents to the NVC electronically? and which documents they can Submit Documents to the NVC electronically? because I know that NVC must receive the origional AOS!!!!

If any one from Canada can help.

DHL tracking information received: 22-February-2017     DHL tracking number appeared 28 hours after interview, scheduled for delivery the next day
Visa in hand: 23-Feb-2017
US POE (Minneapolis): 26-Feb-2017

Omg just got the baby down was in the queue for nvc phone when hubby messaged me to say he just received email - I have a number ?

So reading through I have everything but what do they mean "petitioner documents" everything else is listed?

May 5 - I-130 Received

June 17 - RFE Received

August 4 - NOA2
October 3 - USICIS sent to NVC
October 12 - NVC received (69 days in limbo)
? - case number assigned
? - AOS bill paid
? - call NVC to review DS-261 and get IV invoice unlocked
? - IV bill paid
? - submit DS-260
? - send IV/AOS package
? - scan date

? - cc

? - interview date

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Thank you! Yes your only a couple of days behind us! Funny though I called yesterday they said no numbers but email has 20th on it! So it took 8 days if that helps?

Petitioner documents are not required for spouse visa cases. They are for sibling and parent/child cases. The form they send is a multi-purpose one for various visa types so not everything applies to everyone. Is your child a USC?

Congrats!!!! Hopefully, I'll get good news about our case soon.....

By Tuesday night you will have your case number. Maybe even Monday?
