It looks like a lot of us are in sup review!

Is this their way of delaying things to work on something else or what?!!? I was happy because we were going to be out of NVC before the holidays (their time off..vacations etc!) but it doesn't look like that anymore..

I'm surprised at this because NVC doesn't handle citizenship and naturalisation. USCIS does that. And that's a different branch of government (department of homeland security vs department of state). I wouldn't have thought NVC staff had the required training or systems to provesss N-400s?

I'm wondering if there has been a flurry of mail for people hoping to emigrate in time for the holidays. Or maybe there had been a lot of sickness at the office?

At this rate everyone will end up in supervisor review so whats the point of it? Wonder what the supervisors do when they are processing cases within the 6-week period?

I just hope they have enough supervisors for all these supervisor reviews!

Haha, the thought of this made me laugh...but, now I'm picturing just a never ending supervisor review, and a supervisor's supervisor's supervisor review...*cries*.

Yes, who supervises the supervisors? And if the supervisors take longer than six weeks do we get escalated to the manager review?

Haha, I'd LOVE to talk to a manager, but that's never going to happen. I'm interested to know how many people work there, and even more interested to know how many people are staffing the phone lines! I always imagine there's only about 5 people round a desk and that's why there's always a queue.

I think for call centers its outsource ( BPO ) and at this rate, a lot of us has been calling that even the agents wanted to say some good news but couldn't. I really hope to see more CC this coming days. Continue to be positive guys!! Group hug!
