I get so frustrated when I see these post, I thought the NVC process was suppose to be quicker but it doesn't seem like it is.. I am truly hoping to have hubby here my Xmas..

My I-130 approval at Texas Service Center came quickly. Thank God our case file was not in Nebraska. However, it's been slow going since approval as I'm still waiting for NVC case received.

Wrong thread to ask this question. You need to be over at the case complete to Interview thread, And yes there are a few for June for UAE. It's about a 105 or more days wait after case complete.

Thanks JFH I tried calling them 3x to no avail. I waited for 20mins and no agent available i'll try in the morning. I was hoping for an update from you, will ask them when I get the chance

Finally!!!!!!!!! A happy mother is here to announce the IR-1 Case Complete for herself :)

Since our scan date of August 1st, our daughter's case got completed on August 30th. I got a checklist August 30th for wrong date on my AOS and my second scan date was September 2nd.

Last night my hubby called me after he just confirmed with NVC that my case was complete too. This morning I checked my ceac and saw 3 N/As as well

Does it really has to take this long for CC? Sad news is, we are not going to get interview date until November since South Africa is overloaded already. I am praying that we will get our interview beginning of December so that we could go home for Christmas. I havent seen my husband for ONE YEAR and THREE MONTHS now.
