Hi, good luck with everything. My husband also lives in Cuba we are waiting for his interview to be schedule. I hope everything works out for you.

Hi! Thank you for the support. I'm trying not to think too much of it. They have no legal ground to deny the case, so I'm planning on pushing as far as it takes. My husband and I have been through so much, this is just another little test :luv:

If you can, try to be with him at the interview when the time comes. They are being really tough with marriage petitions lately. Good luck on getting an interview soon!

Hi! I get how you feel. I just had to wait two months, and it felt like ages. We just had the interview and got a 221g for more evidence of our relationship. I will be praying that you get a date for December, and get the best news in time to spend New Year's with your SO.

What did you submit for evidence of your relationship before the request? Just curious :D

We got approved today!!! Officer wouldn't even look at once evidence and was really nice to us even though we got married after we've known each other for less then a month! I'm so happy to be over with it!

So all you guys from Ukraine, don't be afraid, officers are really nice here, nothing to fear if your relationships are true!

Lord is so good! And thank you to all of you guys, this forums helped a lot! We did everything overseers with your help! And some bad Ukrainian immigration company was trying to tell us we'll never get approved!

Congratulations to everyone who's done with this step and good luck to somebody who still is taking it, pray and Lord will hear you!!! ???

Update or correction on the BEST. NEWS. EVER!!! Husband WAS approved yesterday!???? The white paper he received was for the selective service registration and they told him to sign up for DHL, which we've already done. Once they receive his medical, it may take about 1-2 weeks to get notification to pick up the documents from DHL. Guess I was confused thru all the texting since we really aren't allowed to have our phones on in my work building. But I got more clarity after actually talking to him. My heart is back inside my chest now! Glad to be over that first hurdle!!! I'll post a review later when I get a chance. Thanks to this website his interview was a breeze!

Pictures of us together from all the years we've known each other, emails, wedding photos, receipts of money I've sent to him (only for the past year, I couldn't afford it before that), and phone records.

The officer barely looked at those, though. She kept asking questions to try and trick him.

So I am a bit nervous as my husband's interview is Monday and I am having this bad feeling since my income record for last 3 years is not good as I was a student. Even though I have a strong co sponsor(my brother) I am worried that coz of me the co might say something or will not grant visa...

Can someone here give me similar stories of someone they know who had similar case as me?

Well interview scheduling has started. Someone for Ghana reported on VJ facebook they got a January date. Now that's odd.

But people should start calling and asking about their embassy.

That's what a joint sponsor is gor. Long as he meets or exceeds required income that won't be a reason for denial.
