Hi,

I recently tried to log in to my USCIS account to view the progress of my n400 and it just takes me to a site that has no info whatsoever about my case, right after I log in with the one-time password. It's like a menu for an open website with general info about USCIS processes.

I was wondering if anyone else has the same problem, and/or any info on how to be able to view case status again. I tried navigating the menu but there is literally nothing where I can see that it is connected to my account.

I forgot to say that I am already past the biometrics and I have had access to my case status for almost 2 months now. I just now started having trouble with viewing my case status online. From what I can gather it is just not letting me log in, what it does is it redirects me to the MyUSCIS site:

https://my.uscis.gov/#

I am wondering if anyone else is having trouble as well, or if anyone knows about the site having issues temporarily.

Give it sometime man, like a couple of weeks. you shall start seeing something. This is not the solution.

When you sign in and it gives you that nonsense page, and "account/link" to the end of the web address so it looks like: https://my.uscis.gov/account/link

On this page it will ask more nonsense about the Online Access Code. Don't bother with that. Above you will see the line "This is an alternate view of your USCIS account which still has limited functionality. Click here to go back to the original account view."

Click on the "click here" and it will take you to what you're looking for.

I have no idea why USCIS can't get their own website to work properly every time.

That worked like a charm! Thank you so much! I was starting to worry about it cause I left it alone for a few days hoping it would be some temporary issue.

This site does not give appointment times, why do we have to wait for it in the mail?

All it tells you is to wait for the mail, what to do if traveling away from home?

My biometrics letter was posted online and I could view it (and my appointment time) before the letter arrived at my home.

It appears that some are able to see the biometrics letter and some do not.

If you can see yours online can you reveal the following

Is your number NBC or another?

Which N400 did you use? New one, old one, or maybe online if available?

Which USCIS office?

There must be a trick to seeing the letter online instead of waiting for the mail.
