Trump would like to stop illegal immigration of course , the biggest project of his life is having that long wall entirely paid by Mexican. Trump also claimed that he wanted to Suspend ( Until when ? ) legal immigration with countries " compromised with terrorism". What if he decides that all visa holder crossing the border are automatically sent back to their home countries because their countries are "compromised" , this is technically putting everybody in the same pool. If he can't cancel visa yet then he will directly work on a new policy when people will fill for AOS and a lot of people will be denied and will go back to the beginning . So yes worried because with Trump everything can be possible and especially for the worst.

Actually did you know there is ALREADY a law on the books here in the USA that says if the country of the individual that we are trying to deport DOES NOT accept that person. Then we can automatically suspend any granting of visas from that country, until that country has taken back the individual that we are deporting. The law is just not followed at all but it needs to be.

‘On being notified with the attorney general that the government of a foreign country denies or unreasonably delays accepting an alien who is a citizen, subject, national, or resident of a country, after the attorney general asks whether the government will accept the alien under the section, the secretary shall ... order consular officers in that foreign country to discontinue granting immigrant visas or non-immigrant visas or both to citizens, subjects, nationals, residents of that country until the attorney general notifies the secretary that the country has accepted the alien,’”

So no one really gave me an answer when i asked if i should be worried if trump wins i just honestly wana put my mind to rest with worrying over this should i be next year i go back once my 2 year green card expires i start my ROC process im here legally i also came over legally on a tourist visa but stayed i guess ilegaly since i got married and filed we just decided we didnt want to seperate were still happily arried after 2 & half years by time i file nxt year will be over 3 years wondering if i should be worried about my ROC or not ?
